Emory's on Silver Lake

Just ate at Emory's and the food, ambience, and Lisa's service were all outstanding, despite a full parking lot. Everyone was so polite, and our meals could not have been more delicious. Emory's on Silver Lake is my new favorite.

Special thanks to the hostess Julie for helping accommodate my dad and I today so he could sit to enjoy the view while keeping warm with the overhead heaters. Friendly staff, great view, great food. Will be back again soon!

We went last night (Friday) as a group of 9. The place was packed at 5pm. Good thing they have valet parking when the regular lot is full. This was our first time there and I have to say we weren't impressed. We drove a little over an hour to have a nice dinner with the family. Everything seemed to take forever to get, whether it was drinks, coffee or food. My food came out lukewarm. I chose to not complain because we needed to get home by a certain time and it would have just slowed us down. Heck, it took 15 minutes to get a piece of cheesecake to take home. The server, Becca, tried keeping up with us but she fell short. She kept forgetting things. The only thing quick was getting our car back from valet. Lesson learned ....do not go to Emory's on a Friday night, especially around Christmas time.

I went for dinner and a comedy show. The food was very good and the potions were ample. The service was good and the staff was friendly. This place has a nice atmospheric and is probably good for a romantic dinner on nights without events. The comedy show was enjoyable as well.

Food was fantastic and the servers were attentive without being over bearing. Clean dining. Great place to chill out with a clam dish.

Excellent place to unwind, grab some food and drinks, and watch the sunset. It's right on the water with some pretty sweet views. They have a nice selection of beers and wines. The staff is great and the food is delicious. The burger is very nice. I haven't tried any of the other dishes but I'm sure they're all good too.

A very nice, relaxed American lodge setting. The food is fresh and delicious and moderately priced for what you get. Lovely setting for a quiet dinner date, unless you're there when they have live music, and then it's just slightly annoying. The lake view caps the setting off just right for a beautiful night out.

Food was good other than cold when it it did get to our table. The service was below standard. We ordered 4 plates of oysters all together but our server only brought 2 out. When we asked about our other 2 orders and asked for our bread for the 3rd time, she said it would be right out. Fast forward an hour before we got both of them. We had placed our order long before the tables around us. But the other tables were served. The sad part is we asked multiple staff regarding our food but no help. Yes we did have a party of 13 but didn't think that the service would be so slow. We go to Emory's many times mostly for work meetings and have always had Great service. To top it off we didn't even get to have the birthday dessert we were all looking forward too.

Great experience, I was amazing that we had the choice to eat on the heated patio on the water. I wish they had more vegetarian options but still a great atmosphere.

Popped the question here. The staff made it a very successful evening. They even took pictures. Lovely place.

Great clam chowder and a tasty salad. I like the interior decor. Parking is tight but doable and worth it for the food.

Love this place; been here several times and doesn't disappoint. The ambiance is soft, the food delicious, the waitstaff attentive. My only issue is the parking isn't as ample as it should be, and the chicken has a tendency to be slightly overdone. (I've had it twice and the same issue). This time around I had the Chicken Dungeness (pictured). Amazing flavour. The butternut squash ravioli went quickly, and was absolutely perfect. Artichoke dip was on point, and the oysters were absolutely decadent! For dessert, mink chocolate mud pie. Very rich! My advice? Make a reservation, or go when the crowds aren't prevalent. And make sure you get a window seat!

The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the service was wonderful. Friendly atmosphere with finished exposed wood beams.

I ate LAKE HOUSE CHEESBARGER. Tomato sauce is sweet, but it is very good for patties and delicious

Great restaurant for dates, birthdays, or other special occasions. Amazing food, great drinks, albeit a little spend. Overall worthwhile though! 5 stars

They have some pretty incredible chef's here!! The clam chowder soup is the bomb and you must try their creme brulee, absolutely delectable. I enjoyed the surf & turf and the steak all but melted in my mouth, so tender. My table had a view of the lake. What a wonderful way to end my work day. Oh, almost forgot, the staff that I interacted with helped to make this a fantastic evening. Go, you will be glad you did!

My expectations were quite high for Emory's and unfortunately I was left disappointed. The location and ambience by the lake is quite nice but the food and service was not upto the mark. Firstly they brought the wrong preparation of prawns and took it back to redo it. This time it was correct but tasted very bad. The service was nothing special as well.Too much of a hype for the location.

Atmosphere is very nice food was okay though was going to better. Presentation was ok but food over seasoned very salty. Garlic cheese bread was cold cheese was not all the way melted and the spread was cold.

Always love this place. Whether for live music, comedy shows or just a nice dinner, lunch or happy hour with friends, Emory’s never disappoints. Beautiful views, great staff & yummy food & wine.

My husband made reservations for 5pm and were seated right away. Our server was Mark which we have had him wait on us before. He was a fantastic guy, friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. This is my 3rd time eating here and have never been disappointed. I have told friends and family that this is a great place to eat with great service. I will definitely return!

Great view of the water and a surprisingly diverse menu, featuring fresh seafood. Go for the specials whenever you can. We did and lucked out on some reasonably priced, excellently cooked French cuisine. My light and lovely Bouillabaisse was divine. I also checked off a bucket list by having Eton Mess, another chef special. Eton Mess is a concoction supposedly invented by the students of the famous British school, comprised of meringue, double cream and berries.

Beautiful views of a lake, especially at sunset. Wonderful seafood and tasty steak selections.

Very nice relaxing lake side restaurant. Great place for lunch. Live band on the weekends is something I'd still love to check out.

This is the best restaurant in Mill Creek area, the food is phenomenal, awesome staff, great management. I am impressed with the food quality and service.

Going to be back. The food was delicious,.my only gripe was my tuna didn't have much ponzu with it which was unfortunate because I really enjoyed that part. My wife enjoyed her crab cakes although there was some shell in one of them that she bit down on. Other than that the food was terrific and we will be back!

The service was amazing and the food was just as good. My only issue was the special butter put on my steak was a bit too much. My steak ended up tasting like butter. My partners crab linguine was exceptional

The setting of this restaurant is among the best in the United States. The interior design is warm and contemporary. The holiday decorations really accent the interior this time of year. It is a spectacular dining experience.

We had a most enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner. The food was delicious. The service was excellent.

The restaurant is nice and the servers are great. They have good food. I had steak a couple of times but I didn’t like it much. It’s a bit too plain for me.

We come and celebrate my husband's birthday. The servers are super nice, a staff took an instant photo for us and make us a birthday card. The food is good, from starters, to Main course and desserts. We have great times here. The view of silver lake adds credit to the dinner too.

This place wins on my scale, mainly for its beautiful location! Cant get over how lovely it was sitting on the covered deck looking on to the water! The indoor space is gorgeous as well. Loved the huge fireplace! The food was good and fresh and the service was polite and welcoming. Overall, it felt wonderful to spend my Birthday evening here!

Good food good view,. Fish and ships... Meeeh. But the risotto it's worth every dollar. Risotto seafood 5 stars.

Excellent food and a beautiful view of the lake. Their complementary valet parking is highly recommended as the parking is very limited (don't forget to bring a few bucks - the valet service is very professional). I also strongly recommend reservations as this place is busy. If you're a wine connoisseur, check out their extensive wine list.

Enjoyable, upscale seafood and steak restaurant with nice views of Silver Lake and an extensive wine list. Attended a company holiday party here and was not disappointed. The ambiance is romantic yet comfortable, service attentive, and food was good especially for a banquet event. Much like an Arnie's or Anthony's. Coat check and valet parking available.
